This model takes inspiration from the first ever-shown video on the MTV's history "Video Killed the Radio Star" By The Buggles, 1979, becoming a tribute to the well-remembered icon of the 80's and the beginning of a new music and design era! Dedicated to 80’s movement the model takes its name from the video cassette recorder (VCR). http://portraiteyewear.com/news/article/24

As an innovator/pioneer of an eyewear design,  EYEVAN released EYEVAN CRAFT[DD-22] which was the origin of acetate-wrapped metal rim front structure in the 80’s. Inspired by good and old technique we have developed such a front as Acetate x Inner Metal rim –  visible metal rim with acetate wrapped around that is quite unconventional. FLAT lens makes its design even more unordinary and creative.

Newly designed sunglasses with 4 base CR polarized lenses. Newly produced extra fine titanium end pieces from original mold are only 2.0mm at the front. Highly elaborated structure with a sword shape base fixed by minus screws from the back exhibits features of EYEVAN 7285. Same as [747], β-titanium temples are adopted to optimize the comfort of wearing them.
