This model follows the style of model [163].
The commonly known as V.A.N. pattern, in which the letters V.A.N. are designed as a monogram, is pressed on each part. The master mold of this tasteful pattern was hand-engraved by Mr. Nakamura, a skilled craftsman in Fukui.
The split endpiece is vertically arranged with lens screws and temple hinge screws, and reinforced with beta titanium plates on the sides.
Like the other parts, V.A.N. pattern is engraved on the top and bottom of this endpiece.
This manufacturing method has enabled us to achieve a deeply engraved three-sided pattern that cannot be expressed by the normal pressing process.
This new look of vintage design was born from the ideas of the design team and the superior skills of the craftsmen who give shape to these ideas.
The lens shape, which is halfway between P3 and pentagon, also gives a fresh impression.

Newly designed sunglasses with 4 base CR polarized lenses. Newly produced extra fine titanium end pieces from original mold are only 2.0mm at the front. Highly elaborated structure with a sword shape base fixed by minus screws from the back exhibits features of EYEVAN 7285. Same as [747], β-titanium temples are adopted to optimize the comfort of wearing them.

Sliding and folding temples from the 7th collection in 2016 are uniquely adapted to the model. This made it possible to solve the weakness of the collapsible temple, which is the short length of the temples and maximized its length up to 142mm (Plain scale 145mm). Every part is made with titanium and β-titanium. [803] is the first full metal model with the sliding and folding temples. 3 colors are available with 4 base polarized lenses.
